What a delightful experience it was for our students of Senior Kg as they were taken to Gandhi Farm. During their visit, they got a glimpse of the way of life at a farm. Children were elated at the peppy welcome that they received by the men at the farm, beating drums in their traditional attire. Soon they were introduced to the cows at the farm and also witnessed the cow milking process. Infact, a few of our champs also tried their hands at it with the help of their teachers. Children were also excited to feed them with vegetables, grains and hay etc. Towards the end of their trip, they were thrilled to take a ride in the tractor around the farm with their friends. It was a wonderful trip for the students with so much encounter with the natural world , learning about the cows of Gir and Kutch and also getting information about the organic products like ghee , butter, etc made from the milk of the cows.
Our tiny tots of Playgroup (Early Child Care) reminisced their days of infancy as enjoyed a game of ‘Crawling Under the Tunnels’. They crawled through the tunnels that were made with edu sports equipment and couldn’t stop giggling throughout the activity. What a fun way to strengthen gross motor skills and staying active!
Our little students of playgroup (Early Child Care) revised their knowledge about colours in such a lovely way. Teachers kept a bunch of toys in a circle and each child had to pick a toy of their choice and place it in the designated colour corner. The tiny tots happily took part in the activity as they were caught busy scurrying with colourful toys in hand.
High five game for the students proved to be a highly energetic game which each and every child of Playgroup (Early Child Care) played with great interest. Our teachers drew different shapes and patterns through which the child had walk, hop , jump while identifying each of them and finally reach to their buddy and give them a high five. Check the pictures to see the little ones enjoying themselves while following instructions.
